• Proactively manage social media accounts across platforms.

• Leverage hashtags, trends, and cross-promotion for visibility 🚀 .

📊 Driving Conversions, Analytics & Reporting

• Write strong calls to action that convert followers into customers 📥💸 .
• Track and analyse performance data to refine strategies 📈🔍 .
• Deliver regular KPI reports to the Head of Growth Marketing 📑 .
• Test and optimise campaigns for maximum impact 🔄 .

📷 Content Creation

• Capture and create content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with tone and brand 🎥📸 .
• Plan and schedule posts across platforms 📅📲 .
• Brainstorm fresh, audience-driven content ideas 💡🧠 .
• Optimise content for reach and engagement 🎯 .
• Include strong calls to action in every piece of content 👇 .

🔁 Continuous Improvement

• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices 🧭 .
• Experiment with new formats and content types 🧪 .

• Share recommendations to improve services and customer experience 🧾✨ .

✅ Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all content adheres to GDPR, FCA Financial Promotions, Consumer Duty, etc. 🛡️📜 .
• Work with Compliance to adapt materials and guidelines accordingly ⚖️ .
• Protect client data and manage opt-outs effectively 🔐 .
• Keep up with regulatory changes and complete monthly compliance training 📘✅ .
• Use social feedback and NPS scores to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric communications 💬📉📈 .

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in financial services 💼 .
