Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Mental Health
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £30 per hourLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adult Mental Health Team based in Sheffield.What will your responsibilities be?
You will use your expertise to conduct social care assessments, deliver timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge, and participate in Section 117 meetings, ward rounds, and professional meetings. You will also perform mental capacity assessments, best interest decisions, and safeguarding as required. Additionally, you will facilitate learning opportunities for ASYEs through shadowing and participate in the team’s duty rota.Benefits:

Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving license, and have post-qualified experience. You should also have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work.How to apply?
