As a Software Developer you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Demonstrate a knowledge of standard programming algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
• Evaluate and review C++ language code Programming using C++, Python 3, HTML
• Develop Parallel processes, threading, process communication
• Develop Web-based applications using development technology
• Collaborate with team members to design future enhancements
• Develop software for an advanced synthetic training environment.
• Support software development, software integration, customer training and demonstrations.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of standard programming algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
• Evaluate and review C++ language code Programming using C++, Python 3, HTML
• Develop Parallel processes, threading, process communication
• Develop Web-based applications using development technology
• Collaborate with team members to design future enhancements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering. Degrees in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or Aerospace, Computer, Software Systems, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering may qualify with at least 10 year of C++ experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. – USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
