Software Engineer Graduate Live-Foundation-Ecosystem – 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE – Foundation – Ecosystem Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the quality of global live streaming content. Together with data scientists, governance strategy manager, local operations, and the Trust & Safety Algorithm team, we aim to build robust, and high performance systems providing reliable machine-based and efficient human-based moderation solutions, flexible governance strategy management platforms, and comprehensive governance tools to ensure the high quality live content brings enjoyment to our customers worldwide. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: – Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, Python, C++ – Good grasp of software engineering and how to build a system in a scalable and extensive manner – Willing to accept challenges and solve complex problems – Strong learning capabilities and good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: – BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major – Understanding concurrency, database, and message queue is a plus – Experience in content moderation systems is a plus – Experience in building large scale systems is a plus
