SRC is searching for a well-rounded Configuration Specialists to support our customer at NIWC Pacific in San Diego, CA.

Possessing a deep understanding of DoD configuration and data management policies and procedures, including familiarity with relevant regulations and instructions

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

• Bachelor’s level degree in any field

• Three (3) years of professional experience in configuration management

• Experience with configuration management and knowledge management concepts and tools
• Performing work in this job’s occupational field requires the application of professional
  disciplines requiring a four-year degree or equivalent and the extensive, applied use of
  related concepts, practices, and methods
• The primary or most necessary skills required for this job are organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle classified information and work within secure environments, adhering to strict security protocols, is essential

• Experience with DoD-specific knowledge management platforms and tools, such as Flank Speed and SharePoint, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of military communication systems and protocols is beneficial, particularly for roles involving technical documentation and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with various stakeholders and providing training and support on configuration and knowledge management processes

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• Occasional CONUS travel may be required
