Position Summary

Net Shaped Solutions, a PCC Company in Canton, MI, is looking for a full-time sorting operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and organizing parts to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Notice: We are International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Facility. In order to work here you must be a U.S. Person.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and separate products or materials according to guidelines
• Inspect items for defects or quality issues
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and quality procedures (PPE & Work Instructions)
• Meet daily production goals
• Work with team members and supervisors as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during shift
  • Position involves movement, lifting, bending, etc.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting with noisy operations
• Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
