DescriptionSpecial Needs Teaching AssistantType: PermanentSalary: £18,000 – £22,500Hours Per Week: 32.5 – 35Location: LeedsVeritas Education are currently recruiting for a range of permanent special needs teaching assistant jobs for September 2025 or ASAP. We are working with a number of primary schools across Leeds who we are helping them to recruit permanent staff for the new academic year.The Roles… * Special Needs Support – Roles focused on supporting Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, communication and sensory needs.

• Behaviour Support – Roles focused on supporting challenging and at-risk behaviour, for learners who demonstrate a range of learning and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Teaching Assistant – Mainstream based TA roles, both within the classroom and across school’s own in-house provisions and centres supporting children who need additional assistance in schools.
