Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 2 + years experience in Healthcare related field such as Information Systems, Medical Records, Project Management, or associated area.
PMP required
Excellent project management skills; creates plans for projects including deadlines and critical paths.
Strong organizational skills, must be able to multitask effectively.
Assists staff in the prioritization of IT projects and tasks.
Ability to delegate tasks within IT.
Decision-making, in the absence of management for Information Systems.
Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers using tact and diplomacy.
Experience with physician offices or hospitals preferred.
Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people
Must have analytic skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be accomplished in written and verbal business communication.
Flexible work schedule as required: shifts, weekends, and holidays. May be on call.
