Job Summary

The Sponsorship Coordinator executes CDW’s sponsorship programs through vast amount of ticket inventory uploading, distribution and tracking, running on-site events, completing finance analysis, and reporting out key stakeholders and decision makers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and interested in the sports sponsorships and brand space.

What you’ll do

• Ticket inventory management (upload, recruiting, distribution, tracking and system maintenance)
• Plan, run and analyze customer sponsorship events
• Maintain reporting dashboards and metrics for ROI on sponsorships and hosting events
• Delivering creative assets that build brand awareness and perception at sponsorship properties
• Own end-to-end budget management of specific sponsorship partnerships (forecasting, reconciliation, invoicing and expense tracking)

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field OR
• 4 years of experience in Marketing, Events, or Administrative Support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM and event management tools is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods

Pay range: $51,000-$70,200 depending on experience and skill set
