BBSI is proud to partner with an industry leader in integrated commercial HVAC and Plumbing service solutions. We are seeking an Account Manager with deep mechanical service expertise to lead and expand a portfolio of high-value commercial accounts. This role centers on chillers, boilers, large tonnage systems, retrofits, and preventative maintenance agreements, with a strong emphasis on strategic growth, account retention, and profitability. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving position offering direct influence on client relationships and long-term business performance.

What You’ll Lead

• Own and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC & Plumbing service accounts
• Drive PMA growth, quoted repair sales, and small project revenue
• Identify retrofit and modernization opportunities
• Partner with Operations and Field leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee estimates, proposals, vendor negotiations, and contract performance
• Actively manage WIP, margins, and overall account profitability

What You Bring

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC and/or plumbing service experience
• Strong expertise in chillers, boilers, piping systems, and large tonnage equipment
• Proven success managing service agreements and long-term client relationships
• Strong financial and contract management acumen
• Confident communicator comfortable with facility managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders
