Job Summary:
Lenovo’s CTO Organization is seeking a Senior Engineer, AI Infrastructure to pioneer energyefficient computing across heterogeneous GPU/CPU clusters and data center environments. In this role, you will lead R&D and build productiongrade power monitoring and predictive analytics solutions that optimize AI workloads endtoend-from hardware manufacturing considerations through data center operations-reducing environmental impact while improving performance. You’ll collaborate with worldwide crossfunctional teams to translate research outcomes into commercial products, applying expertise in HPC, DCIM/Linux kernel development, workload characterization, and energyefficiency optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research on energy-efficient management of heterogeneous computing clusters.
- Build power monitoring, predictive analytics and energy-efficient software solutions for AI Infra.
- Work closely with cross-functional World-Wide teams, transfer R&D outcomes into commercial products and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Data center operation or AI infra monitoring.
- DCIM or software developer background.
- High Performance Computing (HPC).
- GPU/CPU energy efficiency optimization.
- AI tasks energy efficiency and optimization.
- AI Workload characterization and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Linux Kernel knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- experience with Sustainable Computing.
- Direct experience with NVIDIA GPU software stacks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex, open-ended challenges.
