Sr. Associate – Adobe AEM support (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM technologies and a good understanding of Retail Banking and Asset Management Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM infrastructure and applications.
• Optimize AEM performance by implementing caching strategies and tuning system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all AEM implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in AEM support system engineering backend and authoring.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail Banking and Asset Management Operations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Have a proven track record of leading successful AEM projects from conception to completion.
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 16, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
