Your key responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the preparation of the annual budget, providing detailed financial analysis and insightful variance assessments.
• Forecasting Expertise: Develop quarterly forecasts for P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Long-Term Financial Modeling: Build robust models to project long-term growth and analyze its impacts.
• Month-End Reporting: Deliver detailed financial reports with commentary and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Performance Reporting: Design and deliver insightful performance dashboards and reports tailored to various audiences and decision-makers.
• Policy Evaluation & Documentation: Collaborate with corporate functions to assess and update financial policies, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Stakeholder Support: Equip stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights into business performance for data-driven decision-making.
• Driver-Based Methodologies: Develop equitable allocation drivers and methodologies, ensuring transparency and addressing feedback effectively.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to pursue process improvements, create efficiencies, and add value.
• Special Projects: Lead initiatives and undertake special projects assigned by the VP of Finance, including support for audits and integration efforts.

What We’re Looking ForWe are searching for a driven, proactive problem-solver who meets the following qualifications and competencies:

• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities to evaluate complex information within tight deadlines.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise and proficiency in explaining results to drive strategy.
• Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver accurate work consistently.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience as knowledge of IFRS is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance combined with CPA designation or MBA.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial automation).
• Demonstrated experience in performance reporting and developing meaningful financial metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
