Our Atlanta Management Resources team is conducting a search for a Sr. Indirect Sourcing Consultant role for a globally recognized hospitality client in the metro Atlanta area. The selected candidate will join an established indirect sourcing project team and support a growing supply chain department, working in the areas of IT, Financial Services and Supply Chain.

ONLY indirect procurement/sourcing experience will be considered for this amazing opportunity.

Position: Sr. Indirect Sourcing Consultant

Job Details:

Contract Rate: $42-50/hr. (BOE) Work Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite at the manager direction; 95% remote)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing categories of spend, including but not limited to IT (hardware, services, software), facilities management and finance (consulting services)

• Conduct end-to-end RFP management, which includes uploading RFPs and closely engaging with internal stakeholders throughout the process – 7 step strategic sourcing process.

• Perform detailed RFP analysis, focusing on indirect spend and potential savings.

• Assist with vendor sourcing, selection, onboarding, training, relationship management, and contract compliance.

• Identify areas for improvement in the sourcing department and take initiative to address these gaps.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive working relationship.

• Provide innovative ideas to the sourcing team for department transformation and be comfortable implementing new plans.

• Adapt to a changing environment and demonstrate flexibility in work approach.

• Leverage experience with Indirect Procurement, RFX, Contract Pricing, Negotiate Pricing, Pricing Analysis, Supplier Agreements, Select Suppliers, Supplier Contracts, Supplier Performance, Stakeholder engagement, and Stakeholder Management for optimal job performance.

Requirements

• Proficient in Indirect Procurement processes and strategies.

• Experience with RFX management and execution.

• Knowledgeable in Contract Pricing and its negotiation.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive Pricing Analysis.

• Experience in drafting and managing Supplier Agreements.

• Capability to Select Suppliers based on strategic analysis.

• Familiarity with Supplier Contracts, terms interpretation, redlining and their management.

• Proven ability to measure and manage Supplier Performance.

• Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills.

• Proficient in Stakeholder Management.

• Solid understanding of Category Management principles and practices.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
