THE JOB:

The Senior Manager, Property Technology Operations, will report to the Director of Property Technology Operations and will be responsible for aligning and optimizing technical services, project support, special event IT support, and problem management functions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and inspire property IT support staff to ensure outstanding service for employees and convention guests.
• Act as the primary contact and technical lead for IT projects in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage special event IT support, including planning, execution, and post-event reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support product development, testing, and implementation.
• Identify and resolve process, tool, and procedural issues across IT functions.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on key performance metrics and trends.
• Oversee onsite IT operations, including equipment installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Provide operational and strategic support to the Director of Property Technology Operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of IT experience across endpoints, servers, networks/WiFi, mobile devices, and applications.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in IT or event technology.
• Broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and applications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Skilled in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies.
• Fast learner with a strong aptitude for emerging technologies.
