THE ROLE:

Join AMD’s Corporate Development team asa CorporateDevelopment Sr. Managerfor M&Aand play a key role in shaping AMD’s growth strategy. This high-impact role focuses onidentifying, evaluating, andexecutingacquisitions, mergers,and strategic investmentsthat align with AMD’s long-termobjectives. Collaborating with senior leadershipand ourBusiness Units and key support functions,you’llhelpidentifyinorganicopportunities,maintainan opportunity pipeline,manage due-diligenceprocessesandmodelthe impact of acquisitionstoAMD‘sfinancialresults.You willownthe deal process from sourcing toclose andwork closely withour Integration team to ensureachievement oftransactionobjectivespost-closing.Shapethe future of technology,leveragingyour analyticalskillsand understanding of industry trends to drive meaningful results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a pipeline ofinorganic growthopportunities

• Conduct strategic and financial analyses to inform decision-making on key business deals.

• Develop and present detailed business cases and financial analyses to senior leadership.

• Facilitate and coordinate phases of deal execution, collaborating with cross-functionalteamsand engaging with external advisors.

• Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards.

• Maintain relationships withventureinvestors, global financial sponsors, policy stakeholders, andindustryinnovators.

• Represent AMD inselectexternal discussions, bid processes, and high-level partnership engagements.
• Lead due diligence processes, coordinating financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams with internal teams and external advisors.
• Negotiate and structure transaction terms with targets, financial sponsors, and advisors.

PREFERRED experience:

• Progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, or corporate development roles, with a focus on the technology sector.

• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, withexpertisein deal structures and related considerations.

• Experience intechnology hardware,semiconductorsand/ortheAI softwarestack

• Proactive self-starter with a strong curiosity and a drive to master new concepts.

• Outstanding written communication skills, capable of creating clear and compelling narratives.

• Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellence.
