OLG is now expanding our horizons even further, with a new strategic direction, to become a world class gaming entertainment leader with a globally admired digital platform.We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Sr Marketing Manager, iCasino & iLottery Retention (Product Owner) who will be responsible for strengthening our player engagement to support and grow product loyalty and long-term customer retention for iCasino & iLottery. The role will be accountable to develop strategies across the full player lifecycle to engage, educate, upsell, cross-sell, support, and retain the existing player base using CRM multi-channel (i.e. email, push notifications and web/app) campaigns and journeys. In addition, the Product Owner will contribute to the product vision and strategy, in alignment with the business strategy, to the customer, providing constant feedback to the team and helping to set and drive goals toward the vision.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAMEReporting to the VIP iCasino & iLottery Product, you will be empowered to:Own the strategy and roadmap for growing player lifetime value through improved product engagement and loyalty, working with a dedicated cross-functional teamDevelop player retention objectives including KPIs and OKRs in alignment with the overall iCasino & iLottery product objectivesMonitor KPIs, verify against market trends, and suggest pivots to backlogTrack progress towards OKRs and manage delaysEnsure alignment of retention features and stories, i.e. review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with own visionContinuously building, improve, and manage retention backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritizedDrive sprint plans together with the Scrum Master and Retention Marketing ManagerLeverage customer research and collecting feedback to understand the iCasino & iLottery segments and target players at optimal points in the player lifecycle through various channels using a data-driven approachLead the creation, development and testing of retention campaigns, messages and promotionsDevelop testing strategies (A/B tests) to continually optimize all initiatives, including identifying opportunities to better understand our player segments, their lifecycle and behaviorsWork with other Product Owners to drive the cross-sell of the full-suite of OLG’s productsProvide an environment that fosters collaboration, MVP mindset and progression towards changeCROSS FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPSThe role works in close collaboration with Lab teams across the Digital business unit to share product vision and strategies and leverage knowledge and skills across teams.Works in close collaboration with Centres of Expertise within the Digital business unit (i.e. Technology Engineering and Operations, Marketing. Agile COE, Customer Experience and Design, Digital Transformation, Planning and Performance) when developing and sharing product vision and strategy and leveraging in-house knowledge and skills for the specific area of discipline.WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAYWork Experience: Experience in Customer Retention and Digital Marketing, Agile Development, with Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred. Should be confident in managing the backlog; writing detailed user stories, refining stories with experts, and having a typical ‘servant leader’ mindset when with the team. Demonstrated ability to develop and drive marketing strategy to manage CRM and retention, ideally for digital products. Minimum three (3) years in marketing and product management experience. Minimum two (2) years of experience driving and delivering product marketing roadmap in agile environment and/or cross functional team.Knowledge & Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience, ideally in Marketing or Business Management. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Deep knowledge of marketing and relevant domains/products. Solid knowledge of industry trends, user demands, and pain points to be able to create a high value product vision.Critical Skills: Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story. Sufficient authority to make real-time decisions. Ability to influence a diverse group of SMEs and key stakeholders; strong leadership skills. Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress.
