VTG is seeking a Sr. Operations Analyst to support the Navy SEA 21 team, located at the Washington DC, Navy Yard. position is 100% onsite.

What will you do?

Primary Responsibilities:

• The candidate will show proficient skills associated with the labor category,
• Perform complex tasks independently and completes assigned tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory or better.
• Provides guidance and oversight to others at the junior and mid experience levels.
• Will oversee data analytic work of others to ensure accuracy is met

Do you have what it takes?

Required Skills:

• 10 years of Experience in DOD
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or other equivalent
• MS Suite and Sharepoint Knowledge/Experience.
• Experience supporting NAVSEA
• Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience.
• Creative, poised, and flexible supporting leadership.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and ability to sustain one.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior supervisory experience to train and coach others more junior

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $100,000-$120,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
