What We Do

What We Do
Our team helps customers get the information and support they need by managing requests from start to finish. We research questions, solve problems, coordinate with teams across the organization, and make sure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
As a Senior Order Processor, you’ll use your customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage a variety of customer requests. You’ll work independently while being part of a collaborative team and will have opportunities to build your expertise, support teammates, and contribute ideas that improve the way we work.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, banking, insurance, administrative support, order processing, or another detail-oriented environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and process customer requests from start to finish, ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Review requests and determine the best approach to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Research and resolve questions or issues using internal systems and available resources.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.
  • Partner with teams such as Sales, Commissions, IT, and Product Development to resolve requests and keep work moving.
  • Create reports and provide information based on customer requests.
  • Troubleshoot more complex or escalated issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Offer alternative solutions when an initial request cannot be completed as expected.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with teammates and serve as a resource when questions arise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
  • Help maintain procedures, documentation, and team resources.
  • As your expertise grows, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including supporting or mentoring other team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, banking, insurance, order processing, or another related environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence learning and working within computer systems and applications.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research issues and determine next steps.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

What Can Help You Succeed

You don’t need to come from the same industry to be successful in this role. People who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, working with details, learning new systems, and seeing a request through from beginning to end can thrive on this team.
