The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping intuitive, consistent, and scalable digital experiences that support Sonepar’s global business operations. This role combines strategic UX thinking and handson UI execution, ensuring design solutions are grounded in real user needs while directly enabling business outcomes.As a senior member of the Digital Enterprise organization, you will own the endtoend design process for complex, enterprisegrade products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and global stakeholders to deliver solutions that are not only usable and accessible-but operationally effective, consistent, and aligned with Sonepar’s brand and longterm digital strategy.
Work Location & Travel
Hybrid role based onsite in Irving, Texas, with regular inoffice presence required to support collaboration, design reviews, and key initiatives
Up to 30% travel to support business needs, stakeholder engagement, and crossregional alignment

education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HumanComputer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field required
Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or a related discipline preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
UX or design certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation, Google UX)
Accessibility certifications (e.g., WCAG, Section 508)
Agile or product certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
