Position Summary
The Benefits Verification Senior Representative is also responsible for:
Acting as a subject matter expert within a team environment. Assisting with training needs as needed. Assists with special projects assigned by Supervisors or Managers. Assists with reporting duties as needed. Communicates effectively with leadership to present trends, issues, and concerns within the Benefits Verification teams. Providing production support.
Key competencies include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to expertly navigate Excel and other similar reporting tools
Ability to independently identify priorities, trends, and execution within workflow
Expert ability to operate and collaborate in a work environment
Strong collaborator with active listening skills
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Specialty pharmacy experience
Experience working with strict deadlines and ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis
Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment
Extreme accuracy, and attention to detail and data standards
Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Attention to customer focus to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information
Ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiencies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Education
High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 – $31.72
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
