As a HR Representative / Sr. HR Representative, you play a key role in enabling operational excellence in our people operations. You will work in partnership across multiple stakeholders including French Works Council (CSE) ; geographies and time zones to administer and manage cohesive processes and solutions of our end-to-end HR processes and services.
Make Your Mark:
HR Rep / Sr. HR Rep. works in a shared services capacity and supports the HR Business Partners, the Managers and Employees, as an EMEA region SME. You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding), local regulations and compliance, good knowledge of compensation and benefit plans and be ready to partner with all functional subject matter experts – HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance, Facility, accounting and third-party vendors, etc. This role also drives regional compliance processes and works with HR Business partners to support relevant and timely employee engagement activities.
Manage Employees’ end-to-end lifecycle.
- End to end onboarding ownership and administration, including but not limited to: creating and maintaining employee files, verifying work authorization, reviewing background check status and results and escalating issues as needed and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team on the Candidate Success Program
- Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews, processing termination paperwork.
- Participate and drive integration projects as a key contributor.

People Operations
- Support GLOBAL employee activities in HR Service Delivery model
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service delivery.
- Meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training/programs/workshops in order to improve policy and process acumen.
- Coach and consult with managers and employees on HR systems requirements; trouble shoot as needed.
- Partner with HRIS / Oracle IT team in developing process improvement models to maximize operational efficiencies, meet deadlines and provide for a productive work environment.
- Consult and partner with Legal/Compliance/HRBPs/HRIS team to research, document, implement and execute any new and/or revised changes to policies and procedures
- Validate new hire and employee change activities in HRIS system (Orcale)
- Partner with HRIS team to gather, review and provide required data for audits
- Responsible for internal transfers and promotions, including HRIS updates and documentation.
- Temporary employee and contractor management
- Partner with respective team for work authorization needs
- Provide employment certificates, addendums to employees when needed.
- Respond to internal employee / customer data requests, including reports and queries, from managers, employees and HR partners, keeping appropriate parties informed about the status of requests.
- Monthly payroll inputs gathering and coordinating with payroll and accounting.
Compensation And Benefits
- Manage administration tasks for employee benefits programs, including health, life and accidental insurance, and continuously reviewing the benefits schedule and relevance
- Partner with payroll to ensure processing and all employee movements are accurate
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensures 100% data integrity and compliance in all HR documents, systems, and tools including the HRIS and all shared drives
Employee Engagement
- Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure HR-related documentation, such as employee records and contracts, is accurate and up to date.
- Any other adhoc projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Years of Experience in Related Field: At least 4-5 years of HR operations generalist experience in a multinational organization
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other areas
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- HR functional experience with an understanding of HR operations, employment laws and experience in employee data management in a multinational organization
- Working experience with relevant local labour laws
- Previous HRIS experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Initiative to resolve issues independently and come up with new processes and methods
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of human resources information and employee records
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Experience interacting and working with all levels of management and staff on a regional and global scale
- Proficiency with email, calendars and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel)

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience as a HR generalist / HR representative / HR Operations or in a related role
- Business fluent in French and English
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Practical experience in collaboration with a French Works Council (CSE) and awareness of legal requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A can do attitude is a must
