As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand’s presence and reputation. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, you will be responsible for crafting and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong emphasis on both public relations and brand strategy. Your ability to blend creative marketing with effective PR will be essential in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Stakeholders to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and brand vision.
- Content Strategy: Develop compelling content across various platforms, including social media, email, websites, and print, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, using this data to refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to report on key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Brand Positioning: Assist in the development and implementation of brand positioning strategies to ensure a consistent and strong market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Communications, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives.
- Public Relations: Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and secure positive coverage across various media outlets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use these insights to inform marketing and PR strategies
- Project Management: Manage marketing and PR projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to maximize ROI and campaign impact.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team to keep our marketing efforts fresh and effective.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience in marketing project management.
Preferred
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in an agency setting.
- Experience in Dental/Retail/Healthcare industry is preferred.
