Job Duties
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum education

Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar.

Minimum experience

Two (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization. Superior academic record.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Substantial experience in Employment Law and Class Action practice.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay: $7,094.23 – $29,111.88 per month

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position in either Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN. This position is a multi-level hire, and the compensation will reflect the level of hire based on years of experience.
