Automation Services – Relativity Data Services is focused on building data and AI infrastructure to support AI-driven applications. The team is responsible for scaling and optimizing data platforms, enhancing distributed processing tooling, and enabling use cases such as reporting, analytics, and audit.
As a key technical leader within Automation Services, the Staff Data Engineer will design, build, and scale first-party and third-party data capabilities that power analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making across the organization. This role drives the evolution of data platforms, optimizes distributed data processing, and serves as a trusted architectural advisor to development teams-promoting software engineering excellence and best practices.

Job Description and Requirements

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$174,000 and $262,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
