Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator – Paying $18/hr and Can Start ASAP!

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stand Up Forklift Operator responsible for the timely and accurate processing of order fulfillment across direct-to-consumer, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating various warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks, while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers.
• Follow and adhere to order fulfillment and scanning guidelines using handheld scanners.
• Prepare shipments by palletizing, wrapping, and banding as directed.
• Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks effectively.
• Proactively communicate all issues related to products and orders to DC leadership.
• Assist in meeting established KPI metrics related to order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by practicing Clean As You Go (CAYGO).
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating stand-up forklifts.
• experience in inventory control and material handling.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Understanding of basic Microsoft Office and other job-related applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
