About the opportunity:

This position provides prompt service, quality beverages, products and maintains a clean and comfortable environment. Models and acts in accordance with the organization’s guiding principles.

What you will do: 

1. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
2. Welcomes customers, discovers their needs, provides guidance and education on menu options, and responds accordingly to customer requests
3. Efficiently manages workload during periods of high volume or unusual events
4. Cleans and sanitizes utensils, equipment and other items used in food and beverage preparation
5. Adheres to safe food handling procedures
6. Communicates necessary information to leadership during each shift
7. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the organization
8. Follows the organization’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security to ensure the safety of all staff during each shift
9. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values
10. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Hourly Pay:
