The Opportunity

The Stockroom Associateis responsible for managing inventory processes to ensure the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of materials in the stockroom. Working under general supervision, this role involves receiving, storing, and picking materials while maintaining overall inventory integrity within the ERP system and ensuring timely delivery of materials to their intended destinations.

You will make an impact by….

• Material Picking: Pick requested materials, accurately perform transactions within the ERP system, and physically move materials to their designated locations.
• Stockroom Receiving: Verify the count accuracy of items received and ensure they are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
• Material Storage: Identify appropriate storage locations for newly received materials and move them to their designated areas within the stockroom.
• Inventory Control: Perform regular inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and integrity.
• Backorder Management: Audit pulled kits, address discrepancies, and issue backorders as needed.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient stockroom operations.

The talent we want to inspire has..

• experience with inventory management systems, particularly ERP software
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to physically handle materials and move stock to designated areas.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A plus, but not a must…

• Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices

Other important information:

• This role may require standing, walking, and lifting materials for extended periods. The Stockroom Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and overall efficiency of the inventory system.
