Job Purpose:

Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. This job may be known as shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.

NATURE OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

-Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift (optional).

education AND experience:

-Must be able to count material and pick kits, Enter Information into Databases, including Oracle and AWCS and Operate a Forklift (optional)

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

-Will also work in receiving; opening boxes, verify count against packing list.

-Will be putting up material in the warehouse using AWCS and issuing material to manufacturing.

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-Computer Experience

-Work in a warehouse or receiving area is a plus.

-Looking for a person who could back up the supervisor to take care of the stockroom and receiving, attending production meetings whenever the supervisoris not available.

Salary Range(annual): $43,680 – $49,920 ($21 – $24 / hourly)

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
