Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA):

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The Strategic Communications (Lead) shall be responsible for the performance of the Strategic Communications contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM’s missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation’s Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).

Qualifications:

• DoD experience
• Protection assessment experience
• Installation Antiterrorism Officer or equivalent experience
• Secret clearance
• 10+ years experience

education/Training/Certifications:

• Master’s Degree – any discipline
• Project Management Professional or degree in Project Management
• ATO Level II or similar certification/experience 7
• USACE SET training
• CompTIA Security+

Travel:

• 25%
