Mission:
Reporting to the Business Line Manager – AIF USA, your mission will be to lead the business development & growth efforts in the United States, create strategic partnerships, long-term customers and drive sales of our product portfolio including air compressors (medium and high pressure), air treatment, aftermarket services and more. By leveraging your expertise, you will help us become the preferred supplier for our products, with a focus on sustainability and the growth of our customer share at each of their facilities.
To succeed, you will need
experience requirements
* 10+ years experience in the compressed air business, preferably including 5+ years experience managing high performance sales teams
Knowledge
* Strong technical and commercial acumen to translate product capabilities into customer benefits.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Educational requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, thermal & power engineering, chemical engineering, business or equivalent work experience
