In the role of Structural Coordinator/EIT, we’ll count on you to:
  • Prepare structural analysis models under the guidance of senior engineers using software such as ETABS, RAM Structural system, SAFE and Risa.
  • Develop digital building models and details in Revit.
  • Independently perform equipment anchorage calculations and design.
  • Work independently on small projects or assists more senior engineers on larger projects.
  • Perform basic structural calculations and design structural members in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
  • Perform field observations and attend team meetings representing structural engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
  • Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of “Coordinator” and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
  • Previous structural design experience (internship or full-time work experience) is a plus
  • Master’s degree

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
  • Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $71,000 – $87,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
