The school is dedicated to providing outstanding teaching, learning, and pastoral care, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.As a Student Behaviour Mentor, you will be instrumental in supporting students who face behavioural challenges, helping them stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout their learning. This role provides hands-on experience at a respected school, allowing you to make a tangible difference in students’ lives.Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons
• Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success
• Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
• Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academically

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students
• Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students
• A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth
• Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not required
