You’ll help students overcome social, emotional and / or behavioural support needs which are hindering learning and progress.For a full explanation of the roles and responsibilities, please see the Job Description below.About youYou’ll be highly capable of communication effectively with a wide range of people, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to be successful within this role, along with competency when using IT systems.If you have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in coaching and/or mentoring then that’s great, but if not, we will support you to gain this qualification!For a full explanation of the person specification, please see the Job Description below.The Benefits
