• Level 2: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 5 SCP 12 £23,893 FTE, Term time plus INSET days

You will be working within a purpose-built new school building, teaching across various age ranges.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and deliver innovative provisions for children not succeeding in mainstream education.
• Utilise therapeutically based teaching strategies combined with a nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management.
• Fulfil the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional, learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.
• Motivate pupils towards high achievement.
• Exhibit excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
