Student Support Liaison – Croydon – ASAP startWe are seeking a dedicated Student Support Liaison to work with 1:1 or with small groups of students, ensuring high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy. The successful candidate will build productive relationships with students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.Job Title: Student Support Liaison (Secondary School)
Location: Croydon
Salary: £85 – £100 per day
Contract Type: Long termStudent Support Liaison opportunity:

• The Student Support Liaison will manage and maintain a supportive environment
• Establish strong relationships with students and act as a positive role model
• Coordinate student work, ensuring tasks are set and completed
• Support the development of procedures to enhance student provision
• Support students with challenging behaviour to improve their conduct and access education
• GCSEs (C or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
• Relevant training or qualifications in communication and educational skills (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
• Experience working with young people aged 11-19 and in a secondary school setting
