JOB INFO:
Location: Cold Spring, MN

Wage: $16/hour + $4 retention bonus
NOTE:  Retention bonus is paid out at the end of the summer based on work performance and attendance.
The employee must work through the summer OR another date that is pre-set by the applicant and the supervisor.   
Status:  This is a temporary; full-time hourly position for the duration of the summer
Hours: 5:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Thursday; Fridays as needed and overtime as needed

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performing 5S and TPM duties as assigned
  • Cross-training on other machines in the area as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Read and understand a tape measure
  • Read and understand shop tickets
  • Able to stand for the entire shift
  • Be a self-motivated worker that can also work on a team
  • Works with limited supervision
  • Lifts up to 50 – 70 lbs.
