We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects based in Des Moines, IA. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Most work will be local, with occasional travel required depending on project needs.
We are an established and active player in the commercial construction market in Central Iowa, with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across the region. Our team has built a strong reputation for reliability, practical problem-solving, and long-term client relationships. We are active in warehouse and light industrial, private school and collegiate work, office, and multi-family construction.
