Effectively supervise caregivers of assigned area(s) of responsibility.

position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

• experience: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and/or supervisory/management experience required.
• Certification/Registration: None
• education: High School Diploma or equivalent with coursework in clerical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-directed and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Skilled in training, evaluation, and process improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and creative thinking
