Are you passionate about supply chain technology and ready to make a tangible impact?

Join our team as a Solution Consultant at the Consultant level! You’ll collaborate across technical and functional teams, support implementation activities, and contribute to innovations that drive measurable value for our clients—ideally from a base in Poland or Romania.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into technical requirements and supply chain solutions.
• Design and configure system components, dashboards, or integrations based on client needs.
• Troubleshoot data or configuration issues and ensure quality standards in delivery.
• Develop and present client-facing materials such as reports, test results, and technical designs.
• Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities for supply chain systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business processes.
• Contribute to project tracking tools such as workplans, issue logs, and deployment trackers.
• Share reusable components and technical insights across the consulting team.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Demonstrated ability to solve structured problems using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and how technology enables business outcomes.
• Comfortable drafting technical documentation and clearly explaining solutions to diverse audiences.
• Capable of independently managing assigned tasks and contributing to broader workstreams.
• Experience supporting testing or configuration activities in software implementations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Exposure to technical troubleshooting (e.g., resolving load errors, investigating test failures).
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis Maestro, o9).
• Participation in system demonstrations, technical design discussions, or defect triage meetings.
• Involvement in mentoring junior team members or supporting onboarding.
• Contributions to the best internal practices, tools, or accelerators in a technical or consulting context.
