High school diploma or GED and currently pursuing a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management. Solid MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, Organizational skills, Ability to adapt, solid communications skills, comfortable participating in meetings of 5-15 people.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize and attach approved specifications sheet and drawing to the IQ System.
• Assist in RFP data gathering, document prep and attend strategy calls.
• Organize standard RFP Templates, Terms and Conditions, and boiler plate MOU documents on SharePoint.
• Assist in expanding a supplier contact list published on SharePoint.
• Spot Check BI to confirm negotiated pricing and price changes from openers have been executed.
• Participate in the internal team and negotiation calls.
