Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: 1200 Anderson Corner Rd, Parma, ID 83660 (100% Onsite)

Shift timing: M – F; 8:00 AM – 4:30PM; Lunch Time: 30 Minutes

Qualifications:

• We need a self-starter with production planning, import planning and operational background who will take a lead role in supporting our growth strategy.
• This is a high visibility position where leadership skills combined with excellent teamwork and communication are essential. The candidate has a unique opportunity to impact an already successful operation and will bring an attitude of continuous improvement and a desire to uncover and use best practices as they shape their role within the team.

education:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is required.
• MBA and/or master’s degree in operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.

experience:

• Master scheduling, distribution planning, SAP a must.
• Experience in a seeds planning supply chain environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) system required.
• Expert level analytical skills, along with a thorough knowledge of current Supply Chain Management concepts required (Excel expert level with queries, pivot tables, etc…).
• Experienced working effectively at corporate levels in and across a functional environment and in a globally managed complex business environment.
