• Monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
• Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
• Works with suppliers to resolve issues.
• May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.

• Required education and experience: Associate’s Degree and 5-7 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree
• Discipline/Major: Business, Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Contract Compliance. Data Analysis. Supply Chain Optimization. Supply Chain Planning. Compliance Monitoring. Supply Chain Planning Software. General Data Analysis Software

Additions to essential functions:
* Monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with schedules and product conformity.
* Identify and enforce supplier priorities for product delivery and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with suppliers to address schedule delays, contractual non-compliance, and develop recovery plans.
* Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders (procurement, engineering, manufacturing) to provide updates, align requirements, and resolve issues effectively.
* Conduct on-site supplier assessments to evaluate capacity, capability, and readiness for work statements.
* Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and support procurement strategies.
* Facilitate process improvements to boost supplier performance and delivery outcomes when needed.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

$88,900 – $120,200

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.
