Our partner schools are consistently in need of enthusiastic Supply Teachers for both short-term and long-term placements, as well as day-to-day cover.Looking for something permanent? We’ve got you covered there too!Key Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects to children aged 3-12.
  • Follow and adapt lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Support individual learning needs and encourage academic progress.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and occasionally parents.
  • Provide detailed feedback to the regular teacher on lesson coverage and student progress.

Requirements of a Supply Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children (ages 3-12).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in different classes and subjects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
  • Ability to commute to Fleet
