– Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
– Managescalendarsand coordinates meetings accordingly
– Preparesexpense reports in electronic system
– Preparescorrespondencesand presentations
– Ordersofficesuppliesas needed
– May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR todetermineannual training needs
– Creates training schedules for BU/departments and communicates scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
– Organizes andexecutes trainings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE / education
– Associates or Bachelor’sdegree
– 3-5 years of office experience in a construction-related fieldpreferred
– Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
