We are seeking an enthusiastic & motivated individual to provide administrative support to specialist clinical teams and provide support to the Learning and Workforce Development Trainer within the CWAMH Care Group at Sheffield Children’s. This post is based at The Becton Centre for Children & Young People, which is a specialised unit with multi-disciplinary team working.
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team member with excellent organisational skills. You will need to be flexible and conscientious and have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising your work and meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high standards and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the specialist clinical teams and provide support to the Learning and Workforce Development Trainer in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to a clear understanding of patient confidentiality. You must possess a good working knowledge of IT packages and the ability to work across a mixed skill team.
The role provides a link between the Trust, patients and safeguarding for parents/carers and other healthcare professionals.
