Support Services Business Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Review incoming invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and supporting documentation. Enter invoice data into necessary systems to ensure timely payment. Schedule and process payments. Communicate with vendors regarding payment status or discrepancies. Engage with clients to update account payment details. Monitor and verify equipment usage. Maintain payment records and support documentation for audits and month end reporting. Create, update, and standardize internal standard operating procedures(SOPs) across team. Create and maintain team’s internal knowledge data base. Support mobile solution workflows such as ordering, inventory tracking, device provisioning, and service maintenance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, supporting mobile solutions such as ordering, inventory tracking, device provisioning, and service maintenance
• Experience with invoicing or billing
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook
• Experience documenting or managing SOPs
• Knowledge of invoice creation, review, and reconciliation processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
