Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a full-time, on site, Support Specialist II to join our Health Information Management team. As a Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for preparing records for the release of patient information, complying with all regulatory requirements, maintaining the release of information and correspondence database, preparing birth certificates, and analyzing and assembling records. Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; On-Site; Day Shift, No weekends.

This position is fully on site

What you’ll need:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of six months experience as HIM Support Specialist I or two years previous experience in Health Information Management required.
