Working as a care assistant or a Support worker isn’t always the easiest job, but we promise that it will be one of the most rewarding.Whether you have been a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Carer previously, or you come from a retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaner, customer service, or admin background. • A Salary increase to £11.65 once you have completed our paid-for-care certificate (An industry-recognised qualification)
• A Salary increase to £11.80 on completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (An industry-recognised qualification)
