position Requirements include:

• Must be able to read and follow Assembly Procedures and Drawings
• Must be detailed oriented and able to work on Complex PWB Designs
• Knowledge of SMT machines (ie…screen printer, Semi-Automatic Pick and Place & Automatic Pick and Place Machines & Reflow Ovens) including Selective Soldering machines, and experience with Preforming machines is a plus.
• Candidate will be responsible for some Machine Maintenance
• Must demonstrate strong soldering skills with both Thru Hole and SMT components
• Certifications to J-STD-001 and J-STD-001 Space Application is also a plus; Willing to train the right Individual
• Candidate should demonstrate good communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• 3 -5 years experience in SMT Assembly is required
• Must be able to perform tasks using a microscope
• Must pass eye exam
